Jeremy Clarkson Shares Emotional Post As He Becomes A Grandfather

The Grand Tour host Jeremy Clarkson has become a grandfather for the first time after his daughter, Emily, gave birth on February 1.

Emily shared the news that she had given birth to her daughter to her social media yesterday, writing:

“Arlo Rose Andrew 🐣 1/2/23 ❤️ we’re all doing really well at home and just loving this time hanging out as a family so will be back online in a little bit.”

The former Top Gear host has also shared the news to his social media with a photo of him holding his granddaughter and an emotional caption reading:

“The happiest a man can be.”

Emily married her husband Alex Andrew last year, with Clarkson also posting about his first child tying the knot. Breaking his funny and hard exterior, he gushed:

“Fathers. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful it is when your daughter gets married to someone you like. I am being very unmanly about this weekend. It was just sublime. I have never been happier.”

The Clarkson’s Farm star has been keeping fairly quiet on social media after his controversial column on Meghan Markle before Christmas was met with a huge amount of backlash. However, with the hit farming show returning for the second series on Friday 10 February to Prime Video, the presenter has been slowly making a return to the platforms.

The trailer was released earlier today for Clarkson’s Farm and fans are counting down the days to see the host joined by favourites Kaleb Cooper, Lisa Hogan, Gerald Cooper, and “Cheerful Charlie” Ireland. We are set to see Clarkson go through the process of trying to get his Diddly Squat Farm restaurant approved as well as owning cows for the first time.
