The Grand Tour: Jeremy Clarkson Shares Photo From Filming Of Next Episode

The Grand Tour has recently been spotted in Scotland where they’re filming the next special episode. Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May have each been photographed behind the wheels of three large, classic American cars: a Buick, Cadilac, and a Lincoln. Check out the video below to see the cars on the road.

According to photos taken, these three cars are pulling modified caravans, one of which is sporting a rather noticeable cow paint job with huge udders fitted to its rear.

But while we’ve been relying on fan-shot photos and videos, Jeremy Clarkson has finally posted a photo from Scotland to give us a little insight into what they’re doing. See the shot below:

This road, to the uninitiated, is the A838, a circular road that begins in Inverness and part of the Pe*is 287 Route that The Grand Tour followed in the 2019 episode, Well Aged Scotch. Simply, it’s beautiful with undulating roads, amazing views, and plenty of corners and elevation changes. With a great car, you’d be pushed to find a better drive.

With Clarkson behind the wheel of a heavy car pulling a caravan, there’s no surprise he’s wanting for something a little more sporty, say, an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifolgio?

“Can someone send me a Quadrifoglio,” he asks in his Instagram post. Maybe we’ll get to see the presenter in a sportier car this episode, but we’re still unsure what structure these new special episodes are going to take in the future. Are they going to include car reviews? Or will they simply be a road trip (or boat trip) with the cars being secondary to the story?

Whatever it is, we’re looking forward to the next episode set in Madagascar being revealed later this year.
