Keanu Reeves Gives Inside Look Into Custom Motorcycle Company ARCH

Keanu Reeves has once again welcomed journalists into his ARCH motorcycle headquarters with Guy Pickrell from HotCars YouTube channel getting the lowdown on the plans for the motorcycle company.

Both founders Keanu Reeves and Gard Hollinger talk about their plans for the company, as well as insights into the industry itself.

ARCH began in 2011 after The Matrix actor asked Hollinger to do some custom work on his personal Harley-Davidson. But Hollinger wasn’t able to carry out what turned out to be an unusual request from Keanu, and instead, they decided to start from the ground up with a custom motorcycle. This would stretch Hollinger’s skills to the max, but he was able to pull it off.

Keanu was impressed with the result of what turned out to be the first prototype ARCH motorcycle, and three years later, they were moving to full-scale production.

These days they’re beginning to plan their third production model, with the company aiming to give customers the service and reliability of a large manufacturer while also offering huge customisation offerings and high performance. This is paired with the idea that any motorcycle mechanic will be able to understand the build, meaning the bike won’t have to be taken back specifically to ARCH for servicing or repairs.

The future of the brand hopefully includes the development of its own engine, with Reeves and Hollinger looking forward to pushing forward into the industry and really making their mark.

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
