This Lamborghini Miura Is Now More Hot Rod Than Supercar And We Love It

The Lamborghini Miura was the first ever mid-engined supercar, and because of that will always hold a candle in the world of motoring. But as a performance car, it didn’t really boast that much… performance. It was always a difficult car to drive, but despite this, became incredibly popular with gearheads thanks to its impeccable looks and history.

Now, however, a talented renderer has built the next generation of Miura – not in the form of a design update, but by hot-rodding the s**t out of it.

It’s been fitted with a number of modern trinkets such as a widebody kit, darker-backed headlights, and a slew of aerodynamic additions. The rear of the car is more cage than bodywork, with anything not adding power being stripped to reduce weight and save space for a huge intake to tower over the cabin. This allows plenty of air to be funneled into the V12, which is now open to the air, also. Above the engine sits a huge wing with a radiator sitting directly beneath it.

The supercar also now boasts fat tyres with yellow lettering only adding to the sheer level of aggression being radiated by this hotrod. And the nose looks almost Aston Martin Valkyrie in length – something I’m not complaining about.
