This Ram Warlock Pickup Is Exactly What The Brand Needs
It’s easy to accept what car manufacturers give us sometimes. The Toyota Supra for example was a weird amalgamation of BMW parts, and while us enthusiasts called out to Toyota, asking why their halo car was basically a Z4 underneath, we eventually got in with our lives while Toyota sold more and more of them. But talented graphic designers can do more than mere muggles like us. They can conjure up exactly what they want.
@jlord8 on Instagram did exactly that when he realised that the Ram Warlock wasn’t exactly what he wanted, and we’re blown away by what he’s created.

The Warlock doesn’t like chrome, with it really showing the aggressive side of Ram Trucks, but this designer wanted more.

The two-door design takes on a satin black paint job that’s been taken straight from the dark side, using bronze accents to give the car texture. And with pinstripes running along the angles of the muscled body panels, it looks extra wide and intimidating. Warlock is outlined in bronze towards the back of the truck, and matching wheels – 10-spoke and in bronze – leave plenty of rubber to contact the ground.
These house large Brembo brakes in traditional red, reminding us of the SRT-10.
Of course, being a render, we don’t know what sits under the hood. But I’d love to imagine the V10 from the Viper powers this behemoth. It would be plenty loud enough to mirror its shouty appearance.

It’s fair to say we’d love for Ram Trucks to build such a thing, and maybe even sprinkle some of the magic Dodge has given to its Demon series of muscle cars. But for now, this render will do just fine.
