They say that when you hit VTEC in a Honda, everything bad in the world disappears and you’re left with only the harmonious exhaust note of a high-powered, naturally-aspirated engine. Okay, they don’t say that at all, and I’m not even a huge fan of VTEC engines, although I would like to own a Prelude at some time during my life.

But, this is the fun of being human, We all have different likes and dislikes, and this legend loves his Honda as he rows through the gears.

“Wait ’till it kicks in, VTEC, turbo,” he screams as the car spools up. “F**k the AMGs, f**k the BMW gang, it’s a Honda ting right now,” he tells the cameraman with a look of pure joy on his face.

Yeah fine, some of us may not like VTEC, but we can all appreciate a good drive and the love we share for cars. This is exactly that.
