Who Wants To Buy The Subaru WRX From Baby Driver?

Any movie that opens with a song by the John Spencer Blues Explosion is ok in my book, and when you attach a film that’s actually pretty awesome, then it’s a win all around. Baby Driver was one of the surprise hits this summer, and any fan of cars should give this film a shot.

For those who aren’t familiar with the movie, Baby Driver is about a young getaway driver named Baby who is rather skillful behind the wheel. The movie has some top notch car chases and an excellent, eclectic soundtrack. To whet your appetites, here’s the opening sequence from the movie, where this Subaru WRX makes an appearance:

The 2006 Subaru WRX Limited is currently sitting at $35,900 with four more days left in the auction. The listing mentions that it was used as a stunt car for the movie and currently has 158,000 miles on it.

A number of mods were made by DBW Motorsport, including a RWD conversion, upgraded rear differentials, and a 2004 STI turbo. The car is listed in running condition, but does have a some dings and scratches due to the filming of the movie. The overall condition seems to be pretty good considering it was a stunt car.

If you want your chance to own a piece of movie history, go bid on this now!
