The Bugatti Veyron has been a benchmark ever since its conception in 2005. For a few years, YouTube was completely awash with drag races of GT-Rs VS Veyrons, but quickly the Veyron became inundated with losses due to extreme turbocharged imports. And these days, it seems that everything can beat the German car after a bit of a seeing to with some boost. As you can see above.
The M5 is pushing some serious power – the precise amount isn’t known, but as we here from the occupants of the Veyron, it wields a turbocharger from a truck. You can hear it struggling for traction as its turbo vents dense air into its cylinders, yet it keeps up with the AWD hypercar.
It just goes to show that you don’t need millions of dollars to make a fast car. But you gotta have some balls to drive it at its limit!
