Meet The Road-Going Version Of The Dartz Prombron Black Stallion

Last month we showed you the angry, intimidating, skull-laiden Prombron Black Stallion from Dartz, but while that was built for an undisclosed movie, the Russian company has revealed a road-going version for a customer that wanted it on their driveway straight away. It’s called the Black Stallion… yeah, same name.

Just like the previous version, this is based on the Hummer H2 chassis and not the G-Wagen platform that Dartz will be releasing further down the line. Dartz has also told us that it isn’t a ‘boy racer car’, so they haven’t released anything about its performance. I would think the real reason behind this would be that the performance isn’t anything to boast about, but hey ho.

Its interior is covered in Mississippi alligator hide (sounds quite boy racer to me) and leather, which as you can see from the photos cover most surfaces. There is however, no Alcantara as it’s ‘not a natural product’. Right.

Inside you’ll be greeted with a ‘Pilot’ steering wheel and helicopter gauges, and as you sit inside you look over a ‘Spirit of Bomber’ bonnet with a hood ornament in memory of Igor Sikorsky. The design is centred around skulls, which I take it are natural, and they can be found on the wheel caps, fuel cap, and pretty much anywhere you look.

Prices start at 300,000 euros, or if you fancy an even more grotesque version that sits on the 6-wheeled chassis of the G-Class 6×6, expect to hand over an extra 190,000. Thankfully, when people do see you driving it and decide to shoot you to put both you and them out of any misery, bullets won’t penetrate the bulletproof body.

Only 20 of these cars will be built in total, with three of them being built next year. It’s grotesque, over-styled, and quite simply pointless, but remember, it’s not a boy racer car, so that’s something you don’t have to worry about.

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
