2022 F1 Bahrain Grand Prix: When And How To Watch The Opening Race
2022 is going to be a great year for the F1. Not only is Lewis Hamilton firing on all cylinders to take down Max Verstappen, but thanks to one of the largest regulation changes in the sport’s history, we’re going to see a much more level playing field.
A cost cap has also been brought in, meaning the likes of Red Bull and Mercedes won’t be able to spend multiples of what the smaller teams like Williams and Haas have budgeted. On top of this, Drive to Survive has scooped up so many new fans, that the F1 could explode on social media, and I’m so excited to see fans’ reactions throughout the season.
But to react to it, you’ve first got to see it. So how can you watch the opening race of the 2022 F1 season, the Bahrain Grand Prix? And what time does the racing start?
When To Watch The Bahrain Grand Prix
The Bahrain Grand Prix begins tomorrow, Friday March 18, and ends the following Sunday. Here are the timings for each day:
Friday March 18
- Practice 1: 12pm – 1pm GMT
- Practice 2: 3pm – 4pm GMT
Saturday March 19
- Practice 3: 12pm – 1pm GMT
- Qualifying: 3pm – 4pm GMT
Sunday March 20
- Race: 3pm – 5pm GMT
