F1 News: Red Bull And Ford Join Forces For 2026 Season
It’s been confirmed that Red Bull Racing and Ford have officially begun their partnership for 2026.
During the drawn-out and rather boring unveiling of the RB19, it was revealed by Ford that they will be making a return to the sport after a 20 hiatus. This comes after plenty of rumours swirling around this scenario.
Ford will be the official engine partner of Red Bull and AlphaTauri from 2026, when the new engine regulations will begin.
“This is the start of a thrilling new chapter in Ford’s motorsports story that began when my great-grandfather won a race that helped launch our company,” said board chairman Bill Ford.
“Ford, alongside world champions, Oracle Red Bull Racing, is returning to the pinnacle of the sport, bringing Ford’s long tradition of innovation, sustainability and electrification to one of the world’s most visible stages.”
