Clarkson’s Farm: Jeremy Clarkson Reacts to “Serious Crash” at Diddly Squat Farm

Yesterday, a Twitter user posted screenshots of a message sent to Diddly Squat Farm about a “serious crash” that involved fans of Clarkson’s Farm that had just visited the farm shop. Alongside the screenshots was a news article that described the incident as a “three-car horror crash”. Jeremy Clarkson, presenter of the Prime Video farming show, spotted the tweet and quickly responded.

“Serious car crash at Diddly Squat Farm! Please read,” the tweet read with the accompanying link and screenshots.

The message that resided within the screenshot gave details of the crash while complimenting the strength of some of the farm shop’s products that they’ bought earlier that day:

“Hey guys, just wanted to let you and Jeremy know that your pork pies are absolutely indestructible. Me and my partner visited your farm on 15th Dec 2022 and purchased a pork pie, 2 Hawkstone beers and some bee juice.

“On our way home, we were unfortunately involved had a serious car accident which lead to us both being cut out of the vehicle and rushed to hospital. Amidst all of this destruction, terror and horror, the Hawkstone beers + Pork pie had remained completely unharmed!

“Here’s a picture of the pork pie and a link to our crash! Hope you guy’s see it! P.S we are both ok and miraculously haven’t suffered any life changing injuries P.P.S somehow the Bee Juice also remained intact!”

According to the Oxford Mail, fire crews from Eynsham Fire Station and Rewley Road Fire Station were called out to deal with the resulting carnage, with them having to use tools to cut the driver and passenger out of at least one of the cars. The crash was a result of the dangerously icy roads currently plaguing the UK, and the fire crews that attended the scene have asked drivers to take extra care when driving.

“So happy to hear you were OK,” Jeremy replied on Twitter, with other fans of the presenter also reaching out:

“Oh my goodness – what a crash! The yellow car was absolutely annihilated. So happy that there was a happy ending! Take care!” one Twitter user said.

It’s been reported that those involved in the crash weren’t receive serious injuries, but those who did were treated by paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service.

Let this be a warning for anyone travelling not only to Diddly Squat Farm, but on the roads generally right now. Please drive carefully!

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
