Fans Demand New Content From The Grand Tour: “Would Break The Internet”

The Grand Tour host, Richard Hammond, has just revealed that he will be releasing a new TV show pilot on Sunday at 6pm as part of the DriveTribe YouTube channel and this has lead fans to call for more content from Hammond, Jeremy Clarkson, and James May.

In the comments for the show, which is waiting to be premiered, one fan has called out for more from the trio. They wrote:

“Why don’t the bois get together a couple times a year for a 1 hour episode of “Conversation street”? It would break the internet!” [sic]

‘Conversation Street’ was a news segment on The Grand Tour where Clarkson, Hammond, and May would discuss what was going on in the automotive world in front of the live audience. This was back when The Grand Tour was in the tent, so when they got rid of the tent and focussed more on the longer ‘specials’ they stopped doing the Conversation Street segment.

Other fans joined in quickly, clearly loving this idea. Another user commented:

“They would skyrocket in popularity if they did a podcast just rambling about anything”

With another user replying to say:

“It would probably become one of the worlds most popular podcasts after Joe Rogan.”

We would all be wishing for something like this to happen, although we don’t know how realistic it would be with their busy schedules. The trio still come together to film the longer Grand Tour specials, like the one in Norway which has recently been released and the upcoming one which they finished filming earlier this year in Europe.

However, outside of that Hammond has his Smallest Cog workshop which is what his Discovery+ show Richard Hammond’s Workshop is based around. May has his travel series which fans have been loving, it started with James May: Our Man In Japan and the latest was Our Man In Italy. And, of course, Clarkson has his Diddly Squat Farm with the second series of Clarkson’s Farm coming in early 2023, he also hosts Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and still writes his columns for The Sunday Times and The Sun.

The fans clearly want to see this happen so let’s all keep hoping the trio will give us what we want.
