The Grand Tour: Filming Comes To An End In Scotland After Jeremy Clarkson Flies Home

The Grand Tour hasn’t been in Scotland for long, but according to Jeremy Clarkson, the team is now on the way home after a stint of filming for the next episode of the successful Amazon Prime Video car show.

They were spotted in Scotland late last week with him, Richard Hammond, and James May driving three very large and classic American cars. Behind the wheel of a Buick, Lincoln, and Cadillac, the three were spotted towing modified caravans, and later on in their stay, had modified their cars for a rumoured drag race as they travelled from Edinburgh to the Hebrides. The trio of cars was finally spotted boarding a ferry, seemingly to the Hebrides, where the filming ended.

Now, Jeremy Clarkson has posted a shot from the window of a plane looking out onto a turboprop with the caption, “Home”.

Earlier today he also uploaded another post looking very happy alongside Richard and James, questioning why he’d chosen to be in a bubble with his co-presenters.

It’s fair to say each of them are looking very pleased with themselves as the filming has evidently come to an end, but this will certainly leave fans wanting more, especially without any extra information coming from the team regarding the next Madagascar special.

It was recently confirmed that the rumoured 11th December release date isn’t correct, so hopefully we’ll hear something from the team as we edge closer to the end of the year.

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
